Ignition Switch Harness |
Hot with key in the "run" and "start"
positions The Red/Light Green wire is hot in the run position. The Brown/Pink wire hot in the start postion. Both wires are spliced together after the ignition switch so that the output is hot in both the run and start positions. |

only. |
Power Door Locks (Lock) |
Pink/Yellow |
Behind Glovebox or in Drivers Door Harness |
Vehicles without factory keyless entry
such as police interceptors are five wire ground at rest reverse polarity.
Cars with factory keyless entry are negative trigger (-). |

Rear Window Defroster |
The rear window defroster timer is integrated
into the switch assembly. To engage the timer from a momentary output
of an alarm, disassemble the switch and solder two wires to the circuit
board where the push button contacts connect. Then use an additional relay
to emulate the button being depressed. |

Rear Window Defroster Element Feed |
Gray/Yellow |
+ |
At defrost switch |
To bypass the factory timer module all
together and supply +12V directly to the defroster elements, use a latching
output of the remote start module to drive a relay that connects the
Yellow wire (constant +12V) with the Gray/Yellow wire on the defrost switch.
