There is no true tachometer source on 98'-02'
crown victorias. But using one of the coil on plug ignition coils signal
wires will be acceptable for most recent remote starters. There are two
wires on each coil, one is a constant +12V source Red/Light Green, the
other is the pulsed ground signal wire. If a true tachometer source is needed, an aftermarket "tach adapter" can be installed. |
